Mike Cannady is one of the Information Management & Technology Services team at the Center for Literacy Studies at UT Knoxville. He joined the Center June of 2005. While his main focus is user support and troubleshooting for CMATS, he also provides technical training for Tennessee's AE staff, website design and maintenance as well as data analysis.

He holds a MS in Secondary Ed. from UTK and has taught high school Social Studies and ABE/GED. More recently, he was a technology instructor and holds several certifications from Microsoft, Adobe, CompTIA and IC3.

When not poking around on a computer, he likes hiking, historical recreation and is a part-time ski/snowboard instructor at Ober Gatlinburg.
