Toby Koosman, Business Coordinator, has worked for the University of Tennessee for over twenty years specializing in budget analysis, business management, and free advice on all manner of subjects.  She actually reads policy manuals (so you don’t have to). 

She has an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from UTK.  She moonlights as Concert Manager at the Laurel Theater for Jubilee Community Arts, a venerable nonprofit organization with a mission to present traditional performing arts of the Southern Appalachians, having been involved with that organization as a volunteer in many capacities since 1982. 

She hosts a weekly radio program presenting British Isles traditional music on another unique cultural resource, local public radio WDVX.  She is working hard at becoming bilingual in Spanish (so she can give free advice to twice as many people).
