Brad joined the Center for Literacy Studies in May of 2001 and is an IT Administrator for Technology Services and Information Management at the Center for Literacy Studies. His primary work is in the area of federal reporting and the development, implementation, and evaluation of accountability systems for Adult Education in Tennessee.

He received his B.S. in Logistics and Transportation and his M.S. in Technological and Adult Education from UTK. Brad taught for 6 years in both adult and secondary education.

In his spare time Brad enjoys travel, reading, computers, photography, hiking, and spending time with his wife and son.
